Arsenal Venture hires Huron River Ventures co-founder as partner

Arsenal Venture Partners has hired Ryan Waddington as a partner. Waddington will lead the firm's focus in the midwest region and be involved in sourcing investments and working with Arsenal's portfolio companies. Prior to Arsenal Venture, Waddington co-founded Huron River Ventures. He also helped build the energy-focused private equity group at Ziff Brothers Investments.
