AR/VR smartglass maker Osterhout rallies $58 mln Series A

San Francisco-based Osterhout Design Group, a maker of mobile AR/VR smartglasses, has raised $58 million in Series A funding. The investors included Shenzhen O-film Tech Co Ltd, Vanfund Urban Investment & Development Co. Ltd and 21st Century Fox. Moelis & Company LLC provided financial advice to ODG on the transaction.
