Ascentage Pharma takes in about $150 mln
China and Rockville, Maryland-based Ascentage Pharma, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing apoptosis-targeted therapies for cancers and other diseases, has raised about $150 million in Series C financing, YuanMing Prudence Fund and Oriza Seed Venture Capital led the round with participation from Teng Yue Partners, ArrowMark Partners, HDY International Investment, CTS Capital and CCB International.
