Asia Partners has held the final close for its debut fund, Asia Partners I, at $384 million. Capital raised by the vehicle will be used to invest in early-to-growth stage firms in the technology sector across South-East Asia.

The fund received commitments from several institutional investors, including $25 million from the International Development Finance Corporation and $22 million from DEG – Deutsche Investitions und Entwicklungsgesellschaft.
