Aspen Aerogels raises $21.5M in financing
Aspen Aerogels, based in Northborough, Massachusetts, has raised $21.5 million in a round of investment, led by Aspen BASF Venture Capital GmbH. Other investors included RockPort Capital, Tenaya Capital, Reservoir Capital Group, Arcapita Ventures and Argonaut Private Equity. Aspen Aerogels, founded in 2001, supplies aerogel insulation products.
