Atalaya wraps up seventh special opportunities fund

Atalaya Capital Management has closed its seventh special opportunities fund at a hard cap of $950 million. ASOF VII's investors are mostly public pensions, corporate pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, and foundations and endowments.The fund invests in buying purchasing credit or assets from sellers in need of liquidity or providing credit-oriented capital solutions to underserved or credit-constrained borrowers.
