Aterian closes buyout of Hain Pure Protein from Hain Celestial

Hain Celestial has closed its previously announced sale of chicken and turkey business Hain Pure Protein to Aterian Investment Partners for $80 million. Centerview Partners was financial adviser to Hain Celestial on the transaction.
