Aterian sells JWT

Aterian Investment Partners has sold Johnstown Wire Technologies to Liberty JWT Holdings, a GFG affiliate. No financial terms were disclosed. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP advised Aterian on the transaction. Pennsylvania-based Johnstown Wire is a producer of carbon and alloy wire.
