United Generations LLC said Friday that it has acquired Pangborn Group from Atlas Holdings LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Fairburn, Georgia-based Pangborn designs, makes and supplies surface preparation equipment and related aftermarket parts and services. McNally Capital acted as financial advisor to United Generations.
