AudioEye closes about $6.5 mln in private placement
AudioEye Inc, a provider of cloud-based software-as-a-service digital content accessibility solutions, has raised about $6.5 million in a private placement. The investors were not named. According to terms of the transaction, AudioEye sold 26 million shares of its common stock for $0.25 per share.
