Augme Technologies Names Michael Brochu to Board
Augme Technologies and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hipcricket, a mobile marketing and advertising technology business, have appointed Michael Brochu to the company's board of directors as an independent director. Brochu is currently a member of the board of directors for Centro Digital Media, Vines of Mendoza, Zotec Partners and GraphOn Inc. He is also a member of the operating committee of BelHealth Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare, and is on the advisory board of Seattle-based venture capital firm Voyager Capital.
