Superior exits Dianne's Fine Desserts in sale to Geneva Glen Capital

Detroit-based PE firm Superior Capital Partners, LLC sold Dianne's Fine Desserts to an affiliate of Geneva Glen Capital. Dianne's, headquartered in Newburyport, Massachusetts, provides frozen desserts to the food service industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.

NightSwapping closes second funding round at 2 mln euros

NightSwapping closed a 2 million euro ($2.24 million) second round of funding. The new capital was raised from two French family offices, 6ème Sens Participation and Le Groupe Financière Duval, as well as several angel investors and the BPI (French Public Bank of Investment). The European startup allows users to host other members in their homes, earning free lodging elsewhere in return.

Jobandtalent onboards $42 mln in Atomico-led Series B

Atomico led a $42 million Series B funding round in Jobandtalent, a recruiting platform. Additional investors include Adeyemi Ajao, Steve Goodman and Fabrice Grinda. Atomico executive Niall Wass will join the company's board.

German startup incubator FinLeap secures 21 mln euros of new financing

Berlin-based financial technology startup platform FinLeap secured 21 million euros ($23.7 million) in equity capital from founding investor HitFox Group as well as new institutional investors from the insurance industry, including Hannover Re. The company said it plans to invest 50 million euros ($56 million) in new startups within the next 12 months.
