Crosslink Capital leads Series A round for GoExpedi

Houston-based GoExpedi, a new e-commerce, supply chain and analytics company, has raised $8 million in Series A funding. Crosslink Capital led the round.

Landit nabs $13 mln in WeWork-led round

Landit, a tech platform "that increases the success of women," has secured $13 million in Series A funding. WeWork led the round with participation from other investors that included New Enterprise Associates, Valo Ventures, Workday Ventures and Gingerbread Capital.

Thoma Bravo-backed Quorum Software to acquire Coastal Flow

Quorum Software, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, has agreed to acquire Houston-based Coastal Flow, a family of energy measurement services and software companies. No financial terms were disclosed. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Macquarie Capital are serving as financial advisers to Quorum on the deal while PPHB Securities LP did likewise for Coastal Flow.

Oyster Point Pharma inks $93 mln Series B

Oyster Point Pharma Inc., a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on treating dry eye disease, has secured $93 million in Series B financing. Invus Opportunities and Flying L Partners led the round.

Blossom Capital collects $85 mln for fund

Blossom Capital has raised $85 million for its new fund. The fund's limited partners include Robinhood co-founder Vladimir Tenev and Mikkel Svane, founder of Zendesk. Based in London, Blossom Capital invests in European tech startups.

New York City-based Solidus Labs, a provider of a machine learning-powered trade surveillance platform for digital assets, secured $3 million in seed funding. Hanaco Ventures led the round.
