HarbourVest Partners has invested in three funds managed by Corsair Infrastructure Partners, the infrastructure business of Corsair Capital. The three funds focus on aviation, port, and road sectors. Corsair Infrastructure earlier this year acquired shareholder stakes in three platform companies: Vantage Airport Group, DP World Australia and Itínere Infraestructuras.

Crossbridge Compliance LLC has acquired XCEL NDT LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. XCEL, of Clifton, Kansas, provides non-destructive testing and pipeline integrity services to the oil and gas industry. Pine Tree Equity Partners, invested in Crossbridge in 2014.

365 Data Center said March 20 that it refinanced its existing debt and secured additional debt financing from Antares, TD Securities, and ING Capital LLC. It also received add-on equity funding commitments from current investors. Chirisa Investments, Lumerity Capital LLC and Longboat Advisors LLC acquired 365 Data in 2017.

Doctolib said March 20 that it raised a 150 million euros ($170.3 million) funding led by General Atlantic. Existing investors including Accel, Eurazeo, Kernel and Bpifrance, and several German healthcare entrepreneurs, participated in the round. Doctolib, of Paris, offers an online platform that lets patients choose doctors and make appointments, PitchBook said.

GTCR said March 20 that it's partnering with Gregory T. Lucier to form Corza Health Inc. Lucier will serve as CEO of Corza Health and will invest alongside GTCR. Corza, of San Diego, will buy companies and assets that focus on on the broader life sciences and medical technology sector.
