Elektra Private Equity has abandoned plans to sell itself and is instead looking to sell off remaining assets individually or in groups, Private Equity News reported. Elektra is still in discussions with a number of unnamed parties over selling some or all of its assets, the story said.

The family that owns Blommer Chocolate Co is considering options, including a sale, for the company, Bloomberg is reporting. Blommer Chocolate, which has attracted interest from strategics and private equity, is working with an unnamed investment bank, the story said. Blommer, of Chicago, makes chocolate and cocoa. A sale could be valued at $500 million, the story said.

Deposit Solutions, of Hamburg, has raised $100 million in a round led by Vitruvian Partners. Kinnevik also invested as well as existing shareholders including e.ventures. The round valued Deposit Solutions, which provides a platform for savings deposits, at $500 million.

Riverside Co said Aug 16 that it invested in SET Industrial Services Inc as an add-on to portfolio IFS Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. SET Industrial provides industrial cleaning and related on-site facility services, including vacuum truck services, tank cleaning and hydroblasting, across the Midwest. CIBC provided financing. Casillas and Natalie Logan of Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal adviser to Vista.
