Tages Group said July 25 that it agreed to buy an initial 34 percent stake in VAM Investments while Francesco Trapani, a shareholder, is buying 15 percent. The deal allows Tages to increase its stake up to 100 percent. Financial terms weren’t announced. Tages, of London and Milan, is an alternative investment group.
