Incline Equity Partners said Tuesday it has sold Caldwell and Gregory LLC to Carousel Capital. Financial terms weren't announced. Manakin-Sabot, Va.-based Caldwell is a provider and servicer of laundry rooms for colleges, universities and multi-family housing communities.

Greenleaf Power, which is backed by Denham Capital, said Monday has bought the Tracy Biomass Plant. Financial terms weren't announced. Tracy Biomass, of Tracy, Calif., generates 19 megawatts of electricity. US Renewables Group was the seller.

MB Aerospace, which is backed by Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Delta Industries. Financial terms weren't announced. Hartford, Conn.-based Delta aero-engine component maker.

Ardent Capital Closes Funding Round

Ardent Capital said Monday it closed its first round of external funding from Siemer Ventures, Recruit Strategic Partners and GMO Venture Partners. Ardent's management team, along with several Southeast Asian entrepreneurs also invested. financial terms weren't announced. Hong Kong-based Ardent is a holding company that invests in, and helps create, technology companies located in Southeast Asia.

BYTEGRID Receives $100 Mln Credit Facility

BYTEGRID has secured a $25 million revolving credit facility that could be increased up to $100 million from KeyBank Real Estate Capital. McLean, Va.-based BYTEGRID operates three data centers.
