BBVA Ventures will invest in the San Francisco-based Radius, a provider of sales and marketing data for the small business market. BBVA Ventures is the corporate venture division of BBVA Group. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Petra Capital Partners has raised $230 million for its most recent pool. Petra Growth Fund III is structured as a small business investment company (SBIC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Fund III also closed an investment in Highstreet IT Solutions, of Denver. And, Matt Sotelo and Charles Webb both join Petra as associates.

AmerisourceBergen Corp. said Monday that it has completed the sale of AndersonBrecon to an investor group led by Frazier Healthcare. The purchase price was $308 million. The investor group includes Greenspring Associates, QIC Global Private Equity, and Thomas McNerney & Partners. AndersonBrecon, which has facilities in Rockford, Ill. and the U.K., provides packaging services.

Odyssey Investment Partners said Monday that it has acquired Fischbein from a group of investors led by MSouth Equity Partners. Financial terms weren't announced. Suwanee, Ga.-based Fischbein makes highly engineered components and systems for packaging and material handling applications. Fischbein's senior management has also invested in the deal. Sagent provided financial advice to Fischbein.

HarbourVest will become a minority shareholder of CIFC and said it will have a revenue-sharing arrangement with respect to the investment advisory fees generated by jointly-branded private debt programs.
