Behrman Capital has sold ACS Communications to Black Box Corp. (Nasdaq: BBOX), for an undisclosed amount. ACS is an Austin, Texas-based provider of technology deployments, data center support services, managed staffing and dispatch services. It was acquired by Behrman in 1999.
