The company also announced a previously undisclosed $4.5 million Series A led by Javelin Venture Partners and two seed rounds totaling $1.9 million both led by Harrison Metal. Other investors include Bloomberg Beta, Novel TMT Ventures, Advancit Capital and others.

Team8, a cybersecurity company-creation platform based in Tel Aviv, Israel, raised $23 million in a strategic round of funding. The round adds AT&T, Accenture, Nokia, Mitsui, and Temasek to Team8’s existing investors Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent, Bessemer Venture Partners and others. Quantum Strategic Partners also participated in the round. Team8 recently announced a $22 million Series B round of funding led by New Enterprise Associates.

Qubit, a big data analytics platform, raised $40 million in a Series C funding round led by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. Sapphire Ventures, and returning investors Accel and Salesforce Ventures also participated. With the new funding, the London-based company has raised a total of $76 million to date. As part of the investment, David Reis of Goldman Sachs in Europe will join Qubit's board.
