Avante Mezzanine Partners invests in TechDevice
TechDevice Holdings, a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Investments, has received debt and equity financing from Avante Mezzanine Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. The capital will be used to refinance TechDevice. Headquartered in Watertown, Mass., TechDesign is a maker of highly engineered catheter and guidewire systems and related components and sub-assemblies.
