AXA Private Equity and Intesa Sanpaolo Back Majority Stake in Limacorporate

AXA Private Equity and Intesa Sanpaolo are to acquire a majority 66 percent stake in Limacorporate. The existing management of Limacorporate SpA will reinvest in the remaining 34 percent. Limacorporate was founded by the Lualdi family in 1975 and is manufacturer of orthopaedic devices.
