Axxon Brazil Fund III raises $400 mln
Axxon Group said Monday that its latest fund closed at $400 million, above its $350 million target. Investors of Axxon Brazil Private Equity Fund III included endowments, foundations, public and private pension funds, financial institutions, advisors, family offices, and funds-of-funds. Stanwich Advisors LLC acted as placement agent and financial advisor. Axxon targets the small and mid-cap market in Brazil, making control and minority investments.
