Baceline Investments LLC, a private real estate investment and management company, has recapitalized 11 shopping malls for $90 million. The properties include Pleasant Run in Dallas; University Plaza in Peoria, Illinois; Village Green in Chicago; Glendale Square in Milwaukee; and Shoppes at San Mateo in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
