Bain Capital racks up $1.5 bln for real estate fund
Bain Capital has raised $1.5 billion for its real estate fund, beating its $1 billion original target, according to a source familiar with the transaction. Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP represented Bain Capital on the fund.
