Bain Capital Real Estate has sold a life science property based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The buyer was not named. The deal was valued at $128 million. Eastdil Secured LLC advised Bain Capital Real Estate on the transaction. Bain Capital Real Estate has first acquired the property located at 1030 Massachusetts Avenue in 2016 with Longfellow Real Estate Partners.
