Bain Capital Ventures leads seed round for Fossa
San Francisco-based Fossa, a maker of a modern open source management and license compliance tool, has secured $2.2 million in seed funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Salesforce Chairman and CEO Marc Benioff.
