Balderton Capital raises $375m

The early-stage venture firm closes latest European fund.

Balderton Capital VI has held a final close at $375 million. The firm’s sixth fund is focused on European-born global tech businesses.

New and existing investors from Europe, the US and Asia committed capital to the vehicle.

Balderton Capital V raised $305 million at final close in March 2014.
