Bankrate buys VC-backed Wallaby Financial
Bankrate has acquired Wallaby Financial, a provider of credit card data and consumer financial information application. No financial terms were disclosed. Wallaby's backers included Founders Fund, WI Harper Group, SLP Ventures and Lion Wells Capital.
