Barracuda Networks to acquire VC-backed Intronis
Barracuda Networks has agreed to buy Intronis Inc, a provider of data protection solutions to managed service providers. No financial terms were disclosed. Intronis' backers included Greenspring Associates and OpenView Venture Partners.
