Bascom and Milestone form joint venture
The Bascom Group, a real estate-focused private equity firm and Milestone Real Estate Partners, have formed Bascom Milestone Ventures, a joint venture, which will help provide general partner capital to real estate sponsors. No financial terms were disclosed.
