Bascom Arizona Ventures and Pacific Life acquire two Arizona apartment properties
Bascom Arizona Ventures and Pacific Life Insurance Company have acquired two Scottsdale, Arizona luxury apartment communities for $148 million. Quadrant Real Estate Advisors LLC provided debt financing while James Reed of Lincoln Group of Companies advised the buyer and seller on the deals. Arizona-based Alliance Residential will serve as property manager.
