A consortium of Bass Pro Shops, Goldman Sachs Group Inc's (GS.N) private equity arm and Capital One Financial Corp (COF.N) is in the lead to acquire U.S. outdoor gear retailer Cabela's Inc (CAB.N), Reuters reported.
