Battery Ventures Buys Gas Measurement Instruments

Battery Ventures has acquired a majority stake in Gas Measurement Instruments, a maker of portable and fixed gas detection products. Terms of the deal were not released. Gas Measurement is based in Renfrew, Scotland. Battery said that Gas Measurement Instruments would become a new platform in the firm’s industrial technology portfolio.
