Battery Ventures to buy Goldleaf Enterprise Payments
Battery Ventures said April 19 that it agreed to buy Goldleaf Enterprise Payments Inc (formerly known as Alogent Corp), from Jack Henry & Associates. Financial terms weren’t announced. Norcross, Georgia-based Alogent provides back-end software that focuses on electronically capturing, processing and analyzing check data and images, including those captured on mobile devices.
