Battery’s Lawler Out at MaxLinear
Steven Craddock will join listed, California-based tech company MaxLinear’s board of directors, the company announced Tuesday. Ken Lawler, the veteran venture capitalist of Battery Ventures, who led the company’s second round of financing prior to its IPO, will step down as part of the transition.
