BCE Mach to acquire producing properties from Repsol E&P USA Inc

BCE-Mach LLC, a partnership between Bayou City Energy Management LLC and Mach Resources LLC, has agreed to buy producing properties from Repsol E&P USA Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. The assets are mostly stakes in wells operated by SandRidge Energy. The deal is expected to close during October 2018.
