Beceem Communications Raises $20 Million
Beceem Communications, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based provider of mobile WiMAX chipsets, has raised $20 million in fifth-round funding. Motorola led the round, and was joined by return backers Global Catalyst Partners, Khosla Ventures, KTB Ventures, Walden International, Intel Capital, NEC, Mitsui and Samsung.
