Bedrock/Group launches $75 mln fund
Bedrock/Group LLC, a subsidiary of Breakform Realty Ventures, a real estate investment, management and operations company focused on manufactured housing communities in the U.S., has launched a $75 million private equity fund. The Bedrock MHC Fund II LP will acquire about 20 MHCs.
