Edmond, Oklahoma-based AHS Staffing, a healthcare staffing services provider, has appointed Steven Francis as executive chairman. Francis is the co-founder and former chairman/CEO of AMN Healthcare. AHS Staffing is portfolio company of BelHealth Investment Partners.
