Bell Partners raises $600 mln for sixth apartment fund
Bell Partners, which invests in and manages apartments, has closed its oversubscribed sixth apartment fund at $600 million. Bell Apartment Fund VI will invest in multifamily properties in the U.S. The fund's investors include institutional investors from across the globe as well as high-net-worth individuals. CBRE Capital Advisors was the placement agent.
