Belt Power buys Regional Supply
Belt Power LLC, a Shorehill Capital LLC portfolio company, has completed its acquisition of Regional Supply LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. Regional Supply, of Marietta, Georgia, is a distributor and fabricator of lightweight conveyor system components, including conveyor belts, equipment and accessories and rubber, hose and gasket products. NXT Capital provided debt capital. Fredrikson & Byron PA and Kirkland & Ellis served as its legal advisers.
