Berkshire Partners and Warburg Pincus to recap CPP

Berkshire Partners and Warburg Pincus have agreed to recapitalize Cleveland-based Consolidated Precision Products Corp, a maker of complex cast products. No financial terms were disclosed. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Lazard provided financial advice to CPP on the transaction.
