Berkshire Partners closes Kendra Scott investment

Berkshire Partners has completed its investment in Kendra Scott Design Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Kendra Scott, of Austin, Texas, is a fashion accessories brand. Founder and CEO Kendra Scott will continue as majority shareholder, while the company’s other senior leaders will remain in their current positions. Norwest Venture Partners and Capstar Partners will also continue as investors.
