Berkshire Partners nears deal to acquire Masergy: Reuters

Berkshire Partners LLC is nearing a deal to acquire cloud networking firm Masergy, currently owned by another private equity firm, ABRY Partners, for more than $900 million, including debt, sources told Reuters.
