Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments Invests in Flat World Knowledge

Flat World Knowledge, the publisher of free college textbooks, has completed a $15 million Series B fundraising led by Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments. Other investors in the round included Valhalla Partners, GSA Venture Partners (formerly Greenhill SAVP), High Peaks Venture Partners, and several angel investors.
