Bishof to retire as Flexera Software CEO

Flexera Software said Tuesday that CEO Mark Bishof would be retiring on Dec. 31. Jim Ryan, currently the company's COO, to assume the role of CEO on January 1, 2016. Bishof has served as President and CEO of Flexera Software since its inception in April, 2008, when it spun out from Macrovision. Flexera is a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Thoma Bravo.
