Blackstone, Goldman to buy KKR's Ipreo

The Blackstone Group LP and Goldman Sachs Group Inc’s buyout arm, GS Capital Partners LP, have agreed to acquire capital markets data and software provider Ipreo Holdings LLC from another buyout firm, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, the companies announced on April 14.
