Blackstone has raised $3.5 billion for Blackstone Strategic Capital Holdings II, according to Form Ds filed by the firm. Capital committed to the vehicle will be used to make buyout investments in companies across diversified sectors.

In August 2019, the fund received a $350 million commitment from State of Michigan Retirement Systems.
