Blackstone to buy CRH European distribution business for 1.64 bln pounds

CRH Plc said July 16 that it agreed to sell its Europe Distribution business to Blackstone for 1.64 billion pounds ($1.9 billion). The deal include CRH’s entire general builders merchants business in Europe, including its sanitary heating and plumbing business.
